非常不愉快的一趟旅行⋯行程景點過於無聊單調而且緊湊,整車有一半的人都要求的7-11也被忽視,頭一次旅遊感覺能去7-11買咖啡飲料也是一種奢侈,大部分的觀光景點都很過時,現在時下流行的景點一個都沒安排⋯第二ㄖ所謂的千禧山莊連換了3次房(1.床墊掀開都是灰塵頭髮2霉味特別重3.水龍頭沒水蓮蓬頭又水壓不足)反應給導遊處理態度不積極,有感覺要強迫買單.感覺浪費了三天美好的假期.重點是我們這些行程安排都是兩三個月前就敲定了,況且現在是疫情剛緩和的時間⋯很多住宿都應該是特別優惠的,特別感受到旅行社都沒有爭取到優惠,很敷衍的交代了這3天的行程

行程安排台東旅遊超級超級爛!枯燥乏味且無趣,尤其每個無聊的景點停留時間都非常久,那根本不需要ㄧ大早最出發,浪費時間停留在沒啥好拍的景點這麼久,真不知道是怎麼安排行程的!每天的行程都是安排免費的景點,連入園參觀便宜的門票還要自己自費,琵琶湖團體租借電動腳踏車,一台要加價$300,導遊也不會幫團員殺個比較優惠的價格!讓我們最受不了的是,第二天因為想去7-11採買一些零食點心,導遊寧願放全團人在無聊的景點1、2個小時發呆餵蚊子,也不願意載我們半數以上想去採買的人,迴轉去8公里路程的7-11,說餐廳跟住宿的地方反方向,重點整車都是我們自己人,連商量的餘地都沒有!後來載我們去一家非常傻眼的雜貨店,泡麵過期還在賣,巧克力也已經變質,重點價錢比7-11貴太多了,完全是自私不顧團員健康的導遊,後來入住非常簡陋的千禧山莊,我們被安排到一間完全霉味濕氣重的房間,而且就我們房間沒有冰箱,後來請導遊過來處理,她就瞎掰說房間根本沒附冰箱(只有我們這間沒有)重點房間有一股讓人要嘔吐的味道,我們還叫很多團員過來聞,大家一進門都要吐了,導遊還可以這麼無所謂的態度,覺得這沒什麼,不只我們,其他朋友的房間也都有問題,但導遊的態度就是板著一張臉!一家旅行社的服務態度真的很重要,行程爛到爆炸就算了,導遊卻無法服務到讓人滿意,我出國這麼多次,這是我唯一遇到最差勁的行程跟導遊,請大家選擇旅行社一定要三思!行程安排的差勁就算了,景點應該要持續更新一下,而且導遊的態度跟服務真的很重要,也會影響到大家旅遊的心情!這是我不會再次選擇的旅行社,我想多數人都跟我一樣的想法吧!真的連一顆星都不想給的旅行社! 對於你們的回覆?只能再次認定你們是個不會進步的旅行社,只想聽好話,任何給你們的建議都聽不下去,就算是主辦單位安排的住宿,那也該注重衛生環境吧!棉被發霉整個都濕氣重又黏黏的,晚上睡覺又在那打蟑螂打蟲,沒住過要一直打蟑螂的旅社,重點是ㄧ入住就ㄧ直反應、一直更換房間,但領隊的處理態度就是很不積極,因為不是她住的所以這麼不重視嗎?注意整個住宿環境不也是旅行社的責任嗎? 你們說的多注重主辦人,順便跟你們說,主辦人是我舅舅,他也請你們去一下7-11,領隊回好,我們後面的叔叔阿姨半數人以上都想去7-11,結果帶我們去過期變質的雜貨店採買,是在敷衍我們嗎?還說我們不適合來台東玩??超級傻眼,想去7-11的人都不適合來台東玩,那你們安排整個行程是幹嘛的,當初我們何必招那麼多人參加!自己不檢討還一直怪罪顧客的旅行社,真的太差勁了?

這邊補充一下上次的台東行程,看到旅行社給的回覆,覺得他們是一個不會進步的旅行社,不想改善顧客給的建議,只想聽好話的旅行社! 千禧山莊是主辦人要求入住的,那旅行社是不是也有要負責這間山莊的環境衛生,我們安排的房間霉味非常非常的重,那種房間應該是已經幾個月沒有人入住了,我們還請其他團員聞看看,大家都非常難受,根本就無法住人!所以要求更換房間,只是領隊的態度非常的差,臉色也很難看,難道是她鼻塞完全聞不到味道嗎?可能不是他自己住的所以沒有差吧!其他團員的房間也是有的水龍頭沒水,還有兩間是打開棉被床單上很多頭髮的,還有更誇張的是,整個晚上都在打蟑螂,還幫其他房的人打蟑螂,但是我們沒有在跟領隊反應了,因為她那種態度我們反應也是沒用吧!現在看到旅行社的回覆,可以更確定的了解你們公司,遇到問題就是推卸責任,反正住宿的環境跟你們沒有關係,反應的也沒有改善什麼,還是自己默默的打蟑螂就好了! 你們說的很尊重主辦人的意見,主辦人是我的舅舅,當時有超過半數的人,包跨我舅舅也請領隊去7-11,但是你們寧願放在一個無聊的景點一個小時,真的不知道要在那幹嘛,也不想配合一下團員去想去的地方,更離譜的是,領隊帶我們去一間泡麵都過期,巧克力跟餅乾都變質有味道的雜貨店採買,如果我們沒有注意日期,吃下肚子有問題的時候,是你們要負責嗎?怎麼只會覺得我們去7-11,來回要16公里很遙遠!如果不是我發現泡麵已經過期很久了還在賣,整車的團員都吃了過期的泡麵,這樣子有問題你們要負責嗎?當時每個團員手上都拿著泡麵,是我告知大家泡麵已經過期了他們才放回去,連這種你們也沒有去注意,還要帶我們去那種店採買,請問這樣跟來回16公里比較起來,哪一個會比較麻煩呢? 做得不好就應該要改善,一直停留在只是想聽好評論的業者是不會進步的!更何況我們這邊的長輩都是找你們旅行社出遊,你們還可以這樣回覆,不要想說長輩們都固定找你們旅行社,你們就不想聽取任何建議,給的建議就是反駁而已!永續經營才是好的觀念吧,我們這輩年輕人是參加過一次你們的行程就怕了,不會再有第二次機會了!
