★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 租過這裡的房子，車位不夠很難停車，管理員總幹事專門找沒車位的人麻煩，地處偏僻又在半山坡，整個車場都有垃圾的臭味，而且跟外勞的住，用公共設施麻煩，自己用都沒事別人在用就唸東唸西，很糟的租屋體驗，要租這真要三思，找房辛苦住到一堆問題的房子也是自己倒楣
