★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩次訂外送，第一次遲到10分鐘。第二次遲到30分鐘，還忘了給吸管！飲料上面的封口包膜還黏膠帶，打電話過去問出貨進度時，態度極差。
 Ordered delivery twice, the first time was 10 minutes late. The second time I was 30 minutes late, I forgot to give the straw! The sealing film on the drink is still sticky tape. When I called to ask about the shipping progress, my attitude was extremely poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務很差。我自帶瓶子（已有cc數的刻文），店員堅持要用她們的杯子裝在倒過來。1.自家杯子本身沒裝滿。 2.換倒到我的環保杯時又灑出來，結果也沒在補茶就直接給我，傻眼。買到有始以來最小杯的紅茶。愛跟客人斤斤計較。
Service is poor. I brought my own bottle (engraved with cc count), and the clerk insisted on using their cups to turn it upside down. 1. The cup itself is not full. 2. When I changed it to my environmental protection cup, it was spilled out, and I was dumbfounded just because I did n’t make tea. I bought the smallest cup of black tea ever. Love to care about customers.
