★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆超愛聊天，肉圓現炸所以有時需等待較長時間，大肉圓(干貝/NT100)時常售罄，這次是外帶小肉圓，皮Q餡料豐富(後腿肉塊、香菇、還有鹹鴨蛋)真的是非常美味，一定還會再來回購！

就做4組對照。
脆皮的肉圓我是第一次吃，
口感獨特，雖然炸的脆但是反而是4家裡面最不油膩的。
味道醬料蒜味很足，用料也是4家裡面最多的，
1/4顆蛋，一朵香菇，看起來有點小氣，
但很多的瘦肉倒是很討喜，其他店都是絞肉。
但是料多肉圓大價格也是最貴的，嚐鮮過就好。
口味/cp評價比較:北門口>雲林阿火>我家市場肉圓>八卦山燒肉圓

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連假的北門口特別多人，中正路的總店排滿了人潮，在豔陽高照的天氣下，不太適合排隊，於是來到了民生店。民生店排隊有遮陰處，不至於被曬到，但人還是一樣多。排隊排了一小時才等到用餐，點了兩份小肉圓及金針肉湯，肉圓吃起來酥酥的，滿有特色，湯喝起來也不錯，不至於太鹹。老老闆比較有趣，會跟顧客尬聊，也會跟上新聞時事，但多半都是一樣的問題問不同人。整體而言品質還算不錯，缺點就是連假要等排隊人潮而已。

The menu is simple with only a handful of items including bone marrow soup. But what you really go for is the "meat ball"
