先來說說昨天天買了4份餐，飲料剩奶茶，份量是一般的小杯量360ml，奶茶的茶味淡到不行，一口喝下去就是奶精味，若以品質來做銷售定價，飲料只能訂在5元，加主餐35元，算是正常的價格，這樣的商品利潤也都有達到50~60%，正常的商家銷售。
做餐的環境在後頭，做餐區，髒髒小小的，做餐環境應該保持好的整理.整頓，這種是完全不及格的，既然做吃的，就要有覺悟，這些湯湯水水的，就是辛苦，需要有系統的整理，而不是隨便做做。
