最怕饅頭主材料的麵粉摻入添加物,但老闆確實是使用純麵粉,客人甚至可以向店家秤斤購買自己回家做。

問老闆做饅頭有什麼祕訣嗎?他客氣卻又中肯的回答:“每個過程好好的做,不亂加就好”,還分享私人養胃撇步。
店家的饅頭,不是完美的半球體,形狀不一甚至有點扭曲,卻是手工揉製的痕跡;嚐起來不是有筋道、超紮實款,而是澎鬆有彈性,能輕鬆入口,又具備嚼勁,也能嚐出食材的原味。
店內除了主打各類饅頭,也有販售小農栽種的地瓜、薑……,黑芝麻等跨地域產銷製品,選擇多樣且平價而質優。
有意養生或喜歡天然食材的人,不妨走訪這家小店,在沒店忙時多探詢老闆(娘),也許能和我一樣,有意外的保健收獲。
