晶瑩剔透深海奇觀/北門肉圓 只能說,幸好我走路的時候都會隨便四處張望,不然北門肉圓既沒有明亮的燈光也沒有顯眼的招牌,對觀光客而言應該算是很容易走過路過就擦肩而過的店。但實不相瞞,櫥窗裡還沒下鍋的那幾粒肉圓呈現的珠光質感,以及發現我在拍照隨即技巧性遮住臉部的阿嬤,是我忍不住一探究竟的主因⋯⋯ 北門肉圓走的是溫吞式的油泡路線,表皮帶點脆但整體口感軟Q滑順,四平八穩的表現讓人有種熟悉的安全感。肉圓在醬料的浸潤下閃現豐澤,加上表皮半透明的晶瑩,有深海奇觀似的美感;筍丁爽口肉結實不柴,在嘴裡有種三四年級小學生放學的輕快,加點辣湊個熱鬧,更顯層次。米糕看起來個頭不大好像可以輕鬆解決,但份量頗有誠意千萬不要輕忽;鹹香滿溢濕潤有餘的口感,我覺得不用另外加辣就已經有滋有味。 雖然看起來不太起眼,但有機會不妨一試,或許你也會喜歡這種低調的好味道。 #伊萊一直來 #伊萊一直吃 #彰化 #肉圓 #北門肉圓

It’s Changhua style of meatball that is fried. Personally I prefer non-fried meatball but it’s very interesting to try local style.
