★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普遍調味清淡負擔小，炒飯小油但炒的粒粒分明又清爽，非常推薦！酸辣湯便宜表現一般；紅油抄手小辣開胃又不貴也是值得推薦！蝦仁燒賣有完整的蝦，不過肉餡跟皮的搭配稍稍不優, 價位也稍高，這個品項就有點失望。整體來說，臻鼎灃雖然品項不多又稍貴，不過店內乾淨食物又有一定水準，在彰化想吃鼎泰豐類的食物也是一個不錯的選擇！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小籠湯包太小了，裡面湯汁也少，失望…吃完覺得空虛，尤其抬頭一看牆壁上的圖片大了好幾倍的小籠湯包…更空虛了。櫻花蝦米炒飯還行，米粒粒分明偏硬，濕度偏乾，油量不多。餛飩湯裡面4顆餛飩，湯沒啥肉味，主要是醬油味。
