鳳梨+自製醃梅冰~甜度偏低糖,味道尚可。
芋頭+蜜豆(花豆)~沒滋沒味的,不知道在吃什麼東東,基於我不浪費原則~還是有吃完它,
糖水也沒甜度&香度。我的認知裡~
一碗好吃的冰品必須具備~豆類、芋頭、蕃薯應將二砂糖煮入味(糖~可防腐、會提味&會增加食物口感)糖水~應有糖香味或自創特色風味~如~新竹城隍廟邊的鳳梨糖水或有人用糖炒過的糖香⋯等等。如果想煮低糖,也要煮恰到好處,吃冰如果是沒味道,那就不叫做挫冰了。

Taro + honey beans (pinto beans) ~ tasteless, I don't know what I am eating, based on my principle of not wasting ~ I still finish eating it,
The sugar water has no sweetness & fragrance. In my cognition~
A bowl of delicious ice must have ~Beans, taro, sweet potatoes should be boiled with two granulated sugar (sugar ~ can be preserved, will enhance the taste & will increase the taste of food) sugar water ~ should have a sugar aroma or a unique flavor ~ such as ~ The pineapple syrup at the Chenghuang Temple in Hsinchu or the syrup flavored by someone fried with sugar... etc. If you want to cook low-sugar, you have to cook it just right. If you eat ice without flavor, it is not called ice-flashing.
