非常不專業的花店 不會再向親朋好友推薦 我們前後總共訂了1對羅馬柱跟2盆蘭花11000元 1.羅馬柱送來兩柱大小差超多 花材數量明顯不一樣 當然知道手插不可能兩柱一模一樣 但是實在一看就看的出size差很多 難道出貨前都不用檢查嗎? 其他親朋好友訂別間來的都沒有這樣問題 傳照片給花店反應 竟然說因為有國小畢業典禮太忙而疏失???我們也是花錢訂購 只疏失我們的 這樣對的你們的專業嗎? Ps當初羅馬柱我們有選冠軍杯 花店阿姨說要做有垂下來的感覺 花材需要比較多才好看 價錢也比較高 結果收到只有緞帶是垂的?花的部分一樣都是直挺挺 跟我們討論及想像中完全不一樣 但這是主觀認知也沒什麼好爭 學到教訓以後要訂購有圖片的 蘭花也不想說了 2.蘭花提早羅馬柱幾天送 先送的那天沒下雨 花卡沒有護貝 沒幾天後下雨有一張整張糊掉 當然沒有人預想的到會下雨 我們也沒怪花店 聯絡花店說要幫我們重新做 跟羅馬柱一起送來 結果送羅馬柱那天下大雨!他們還是沒護貝 真的很傻眼!以為是他們沒有護貝的服務 結果花店看到我們自己用膠帶護貝才說要幫我們回去護貝?已經糊掉一張 明明可以護貝為什麼不護貝來 下大雨耶!請問專業在哪裡?真的不想跟別家比 其他親朋好友送來的不管有沒有下雨都是護貝來的 3.可能有人不介意花卡上弔唁詞 但我們四盆有三張寫同一個弔唁詞 那三張如上述是同一時間送來 我有詢問花店怎麼都寫一樣 他們竟然說是他們忘記改了?之後看一看還理直氣壯說4張有1個不一樣啊?呵呵 本來花店想這樣帶過 後來因為要護貝才幫我們一起改 一對的羅馬柱寫一樣可以理解 其他兩盆也沒有幫我們注意 只能說這家花店不夠細心專業 其他親朋好友也有同一家訂4盆也沒這樣 4.後來終於護貝及改弔唁詞來 結果花卡桿子長短不一 蘭花的有一支短到如果插在底部花泥?上根本看不到名字 只能懸空 但該花店也沒有提供小夾子可以跟蘭花梗固定 我還要自己偷別盆別家花店送來固定的夾子 Ps我本身也不懂花藝 收到那麽多不同家花店的 專業度一比就出來了!!!突然想到某天別家花店送蘭花來時 還特地拿夾子幫我們把這家花店的花卡跟蘭花梗做固定 因為這家花店沒固定花卡是倒的 然後聯絡這個花店或跟花店反應 給的回應都是太忙所以疏忽 呵呵

After learning the lesson, I will order orchids with pictures. I don’t want to say 2. Orchids were sent a few days in advance of the Roman column, the first day it didn’t rain, the flower card didn’t rain, and there was no scallop. 今天到店消費,先招呼我的是一位短頭髮的女店員,她的笑容可掬人也很親切,詢問沒多久後換一位約40多歲的女店員直接打斷我們的談話、換她服務。後來服務我的這位女店員,眉頭全部都皺在一起,詢問商品的過程也都表現得很不耐煩,好像客人欠他很多錢的樣子。 後來幫我選花、結帳的年輕女店員(不是前面敘述的兩位),包裝結帳時,顧著和旁邊的朋友聊天聊得很大聲。有朋友來訪時的雀躍感我能理解,但能體會一下在旁邊的客人的感受嗎? 本來是開開心心的去買花,看到店員的服務態度,完全打壞了一整天的好心情。雖然有買到想要的花,但是整體觀感非常差⋯非必要,我不會推薦這家花店。憑著今天的消費經驗,上來google看到這家店有這麼多五顆星評論,我也是醉了
