★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話服務的態度還是要謙虛一點吧，［我們才不會這樣講］，［不可能］，［不然申請書怎麼會那樣寫］，還有傷病給付申請請領手續到底那條規定有寫必須是雇主處理，幫忙投保就已經合乎法規仁至義盡了，最後還是總局的客服解惑，說雇主需要確認的只有核章，並無規定雇主需負責填寫及送件
