The soup head is refreshing, likes the chewy feeling, the ingredients are ordinary, the frozen hot pot meat pieces are hard and tasteless, and the finger black wheel + small fish ball + bamboo wheel, there is no pity such as Tainan homemade fried shrimp. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 根據我在台南待8年的經驗來說，鍋燒用料種類類似，湯頭比較沒那麼甘甜，加料後份量還好，感覺60元的基本款是最佳選擇。不過比起一堆鍋燒意麵只會用開水加火鍋料加沙茶是好多了!
According to my 8 years of experience in Tainan, the types of cooking ingredients are similar, and the soup is less sweet. After adding the ingredients, the portion is good. I feel that the basic version of 60 yuan is the best choice. But it's much better than a pile of pot-cooked pasta that only uses boiling water and hot pot ingredients to add sand tea!
