為什麼不能去地檢署？我很納悶，網路上說高薪低報是屬於刑事責任詐欺得利罪！
從頭到尾我覺得不管是地檢署還是勞資爭議都很資方，聽說尤其是中南部更嚴重，只有勞保局專門處理這件事楊先生態度很好，其他人的態度不予置評
