黃老闆夫妻两人對新進的業務人員非常照顧。店内銷售國產各品牌磁磚和進口磁磚，也有窗簾布的施作，两個窗簾不嫌少，整棟透天厝也幫你做。
老闆本性很忠厚，他太太對建材的各項推介，客户給的評價也不錯。
我曾目睹客人在店内選購10公分的方格磚，坪数不多還嫌老闆娘一塊方格磚比别家貴了3毛錢。這句話在内行人一聽就知對方是(奥客)，因為10x10公分的方格磚通常利潤只有1毛錢到2毛錢。大型建案坪數多，賣一塊方格磚也只有0.05元的利潤。這就好比你到加油站說售價比别家貴3塊錢，那誰會想做你生意?
