員工教育訓練、危機處理⋯真的非常需要加強。 3/20(日)約18點半打電話要訂自取,接起電話的店員A說了「等一下」⋯一等就是1分半鐘,久到我以為店員已經忘記有接客人電話,然後就被晾著聽著現場一個又一個在點餐。好不容易等到店員A終於想起我時,我要點的蘋果紅萱,被她告知已經沒有原料了,要不要喝別的! 當下我立即反應「可是我在等的時候有聽到現場客人點還有,你們把我晾在電話線上等了那麼久,輪到我就沒了真的另人無法接受耶」。然後店員A什麼也沒說直接把電話pass給店員B,這樣的反應態度完全就是認為客人的反應是奧客、直接不想理丟給別人!(我覺得店員B態度很好,但是很衰要承擔同事A的鳥事),於是我把剛剛的事情轉述給店員B,她告知我希望可以留下電話來怎麼補償我,但是我覺得反應過就算了,沒喝到就算運氣不好吧,於是就結束對話⋯ 約莫過了15分鐘,接到店員C的電話,這段我才認真覺得龜記要加油了。 店員C當然免不了先抱歉和提出補償,但是過程中有提到 1.突然找到兩瓶原料,如果想要可以幫我做(但是店員AB都告知原料不知道何時才會到,怎麼突然就有了?) 店員C解釋,其實就是會有內部流程是預留隔天的,因為狀況特殊先拿出來。 2.龜記內部流程都是以現場客人為主,所以電話必須等(我立刻反應那就不要接電話 或是 主動告知 而不是晾著客人),而且店員A有說 點最後一杯蘋果紅萱的客人也在現場等了一陣子。 以上,都是以「內部流程」回應,可「我是客人、怎麼會知道內部流程」怎麼會理解你們規定是什麼??? 3.C又說AB都是新人,會再告訴她們,結果繞到最後變成是「新人的錯」因為新、所以錯了很合理,那其他的前輩沒有做好支援,也真的要被訓練呀,大家都是夥伴不分新舊才是! 反正講到最後,我也只能說「會走進龜記的客人、就是喜歡你們家飲料的人;然後這一連串的處理,真的讓人有些失望」就算留下我的資料,我也不會再主動去購買。 希望貴公司可以好好想一下: 1. 若確定「以現場客人為主」,那就要考慮別接電話、或者明確告知客人需要等、或是事後再回撥,客人時間和店員時間一樣寶貴。 2.「內部流程」對客人來說真的不是理由,我只是客人,你們的經營方式於客人而言就是「關我什麼事情?」我只是要買一杯喜歡飲料的人 3.一家店的所有人就是共榮共存,所以請不要分新舊的一起再進行訓練吧! 最後還是祝福貴公司 生意興隆、步步高升!

紅柚翡翠 1分糖少冰 覺得這杯點一分糖少冰或微冰都可以,沒有到wow的地步,但是是喝了會開心的好喝。服務的部分就正常,沒有好沒有壞。

今天到彰化龜記買一杯紫葡蘆薈春, 看到男店員製作的過程, 沒有倒杯卻把整個吧檯和這杯飲料杯身, 弄得都是飲料溢出,畫面覺得很髒以及有點噁心, 那畫面真的很不舒服, 我點的是微糖微冰,不知店員是覺得放了太多冰塊還是怎樣, 在飲料裝滿後,很粗魯的舀出三匙多的杯內飲料, 也把調製飲料冷水壺剩餘的冰塊及飲料倒掉, 最後又去做後面一杯飲料, 接著才拿一些水補到這杯, 過程中我真不希望看到的這杯,是我買的飲料, 但很不幸的,後來這杯的確是我的, 回家後喝,發現也比以往喝的還要淡, 不清楚你們製作飲料的SOP, 當調整冰塊量時,是否就定義以水補滿, 但這杯比之前買的喝起來淡也是事實, 請加強員工教育訓練, 請用心製作每一杯飲料, 在開放空間製作飲料,讓顧客看到像我今天看到這種讓人覺得很隨興, 有點像是胡亂做的畫面, 真的很不舒服。 已多次至貴店購買飲料, 但今天的感受真的很糟糕。

It's good and better than most new hand shaken drinks that are popping up everywhere. I would say they are as good as TenRen tea station, but whole lot cheaper. Let's hope they do last and not wean away.
