★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親自到場詢問時的值班人員（陳彥？）很盡責快速的回覆並處理給予協助。但其後接手承辦的胡小姊，對於詢問，總顯得不耐煩（之前曾電話詢問就有此感，因為無法取得充分瞭解，才到現場想問清楚）還強調，詢問的內容，給的報價紙張上都有寫。
感受差異真的很大，可惜了新光給人的好印象
