好吃,本人不太吃肥肉的人,但是他的腿庫肥肉肥二而不膩、入口即化很可以,菜尾湯整個很澎派,放在餐廳裡就是不一樣的價格了,有來彰化一定會再光顧

停好車走過來原本要吃阿章,但因為中午沒有內用,看到這裡用餐人很多,所以轉而吃這裡。 仔細看店家在爌肉飯的故鄉算是後起之秀,但生意好是因為很多電視媒體報導過。 店家紅布條上寫第二名的原因是老闆全省爌肉飯吃透透,自覺還有要學習的地方,所以謙虛自稱第二名。 另外一個紅布條遠看是最難吃的菜尾湯,實際上是最難吃到的菜尾湯。 店裡的菜單很簡單,就只有肉燥飯、爌肉飯和菜尾湯三種,目前在Google上評論就送肉燥飯。 內用要先找位置,再去點餐,因為店家只有一個人做,所以要自己拿;中午時段用餐可以坐阿本爌肉飯的門口。 點爌肉飯會問要肥的還瘦的,爌肉飯就是白飯+兩片醃蘿蔔+肥瘦相間的腿庫。 這個爌肉有申請專利,把肥肉和瘦肉的分別切開後再用竹簽串在一起,肥肉非常軟嫩不油又入口即化,瘦肉部分也很嫩不會卡牙縫,味道甘甜,吃到最後因為白飯底部沒有滷汁所以很乾。 肉燥飯的肉燥一開始吃很鹹甜好吃,但滷汁淋太多,吃到最後底部還有滷汁就變得太鹹,一碗太乾一碗太鹹濕有點可惜。 菜尾湯有分大小碗,點大碗會用瓷碗公裝,因為菜尾湯是小時候吃辦桌最後剩下來的,要重現這種口味就要先做料理後再混合成菜尾湯,過程相當耗工。 湯裡一共有7道料理30種食材,湯底甜是扁魚蛋酥白菜滷,其他還有魚翅羹、筍絲封肉、五柳枝、菜頭魚丸湯、酸菜豬肚湯和魷魚螺肉蒜,每道菜做好後再混合大鍋熬煮,最後要放冷後再加熱,才有菜尾的味道。 這碗其實很像過年吃火鍋沒吃完後放冰箱,隔天再拿出來繼續加熱的味道。 店家使用的是一次性餐具,使用完要自己回收,雖然有點不環保,但疫情間用一次性餐具還是比較安心。 餐點其實不錯,感覺老闆也有用心,就是兩種飯的味道可以平衡一下,另外當天坐在阿本前的騎樓下用餐,馬路上紅燈時會聞到機車怠速的排氣味有點掃興。

Braised Pork over Rice is one of the signature dishes in Changhua County and there are hundreds of spots for braised pork over rice with great reviews in the neighborhood. 黑豬師菜尾爌肉飯 is not the most famous one but pretty decent in our opinion. They are also famous for their leftover soup, which is stewed with leftover ingredients in the fridge. There are only 5 options on the menu and we got 2 braised pork over rice & 2 small leftover soups. It was amazingly delicious, especially the braised pork, juicy and tender. We loved the flavorful and satisfying leftover soup, too.
