They also went to the scene to evaluate and learned a little about electricity usage through small talk. They had a good attitude and efficient. 幾年年初因要新建而申請線路遷移，一直拖到約當年10月還是11月許，才弄好，整個建案從年初延到年底才動工。這等待8個月期間，電話不斷聯絡承辦人，一直推說是包商問題！
