送去說隔天再打電話告知檢查結果 也沒有
還是自己打電話問 ，然候告知換零件要2300元（印表機才買2-3千元）
只能說 不會再光顧
拿去別間修，別家500可以修理好的事情 （這家沒收檢修費），1天修好，還主動通知修好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得很不專業，我的EPSON L1455印表機廢墨收集盒滿了要換，去門市問服務人員居然說要整台抱去換，我說不能直接買嗎?服務人員說一定要整台去換(L1455重量達23KG)，後來只好去蝦皮訂480元一個(T6711廢墨收集盒)等了兩三天，但總算還是解決了。希望貴店人員能夠專業點，加油，好嗎?
