★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本系於民國60年，本校成立之同時創立。本系於民國66年，改設為「工業教育學系」。本系於民國78年，成立碩士班。本系於民國83年，成立博士班。本系於民國93年，系名更改為「工業教育與技術學系」。
本系碩士班技職教育組教育目標為：
1.培養技職學校專業師資、技職學校行政人員以及技職教育政策規劃與研究人才，
以提升教師專業能力及技職行政人員素質。
2.培育企業界或職業訓練機構技術與教育訓練人才，以提升產業界人力素質。
本系碩士班產業技術組教育目標為：
1.提供高職工業類師資所需之進階專業知識，技術與訓練。
2.整合自動化控制、精密機械製作與科技管理，培養產業界之全方位的高級技術人才。
本系碩士班科技管理組之教育目標為：
1.培育產業界所需之科技管理人才，以從事智慧財產權管理、產業分析等工作。
2.培育創新與技術創業人才，以從事技術商品化及新創事業策略規畫與執行等工作。
This department was established in the 60th year of the Republic of China. This department was renamed the "Industrial Education Department" in the 66th year of the Republic of China. This department established a master's degree in 1978. This department was established in 83 years of the Republic of China, and established a doctoral program. The department was renamed "Department of Industrial Education and Technology" in 1993.
The educational objectives of the technical and vocational education group of the master's class are:
1. Cultivate professional teachers, technical school administrators, and technical planning and research talents in technical vocational schools,
To improve the professional ability of teachers and the quality of technical and administrative staff.
2. Cultivate technical and educational training talents in the business sector or vocational training institutions to improve the quality of human resources in the industry.
The educational goals of the Industrial Technology Group of the master's class are:
1.Provide advanced professional knowledge, technology and training required by higher vocational industrial teachers.
2. Integrate automation control, precision machinery production and scientific and technological management, and cultivate a full range of advanced technical personnel in the industry.
The educational goals of the science and technology management group of this master's class are:
1. Cultivate the technology management talents needed by the industry to engage in intellectual property rights management, industry analysis and other tasks.
2. Cultivate talents for innovation and technology entrepreneurship to engage in technology commercialization and strategy planning and implementation of new ventures.
