★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 導遊。第一個，問他某某導遊是誰，他說我不知道，也不會幫我們問。第二個跟我們說，你們一團的排在一起，我就去叫家人（被她們插隊）過來跟我們團站一起，她就開始罵，我說你剛剛叫我們團的在一起，自己馬上忘了？然後她還是一直罵，還叫客人閉嘴聽她罵。第三個導遊，很親切，經驗稍不足。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有夠爛的旅行社，家人九月份訂好團訂金也給了，下禮拜就要出發了，打電話過去居然找不夠人跟團，找不到人可以提早說的，都下禮拜出發了這禮拜才說，而且還是家人打過去要行程表才知道，講白點被踢掉就被踢掉，不是賠錢就能處理好嗎，這是感覺問題....原來這是你們的處理方式我想以後不會買這家旅行社.....真的很爛
