★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話去櫃檯詢問 連一句妳好都沒有 從頭到尾問問題我也都很有禮貌 掛號小姐都用非常不屑的語氣回「嗯。」今天如果我很不禮貌你這樣回我我不會說什麼但我基本的妳好、請問、謝謝跟態度都控制的很好到底為什麼要這樣跟病患說話 ？ 第一次遇到態度這麼差的掛號小姐。

If I am rude, you will not say anything like this. But my basic slogan, please, thank you and the attitude are well controlled. Why do you want to talk to the patient like this?
