出門在外很少吃到正宗的彰化切仔麵。
北部的都沒有肉燥
豆芽和韭菜也是寥寥可數或者根本省略
但這些都是切仔麵的靈魂啊！
麵乾煮好後淋油吹乾的油麵、肉燥、韭菜、豆芽、蒜頭醬油，構成一碗令人回味的切仔乾麵。配上滷豆乾炸，讚！
