★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾麵好吃,湯也很好喝,價格低廉,高熱量肉滷超香,油豆腐必加,三顆星給的是食物,店員態度0分看她們心情,爽的時候親切和藹笑容可掬,不爽的時候一個撲克臉又聾又啞,四五個店員倒是聊天聊得很歡樂;深刻明白餐飲業賣的是食物不是服務,從來不要求店家態度要多好,就算口氣兇也覺得ok,畢竟忙起來誰都有脾氣,但這間已經不是服務問題了,連做人的基本回應都不會,貴店就繼續賣給鄉里熟客就好了

出門在外很少吃到正宗的彰化切仔麵。
北部的都沒有肉燥
豆芽和韭菜也是寥寥可數或者根本省略
但這些都是切仔麵的靈魂啊!
麵乾煮好後淋油吹乾的油麵、肉燥、韭菜、豆芽、蒜頭醬油,構成一碗令人回味的切仔乾麵。配上滷豆乾炸,讚!
