★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爌肉飯的白飯吃起來偏濕軟但不會到爛，家人是說有淋上些許豬油，我沒有吃到豬油那邊的飯，我就不確定了~我們這次吃到的爌肉瘦肉比例比較多，但是不會太柴，一夾也是很輕鬆分離的那種，外皮偏軟但還是帶有微微嚼勁，一旁搭配的蘿蔔乾不會太鹹，還不錯吃。

I didn’t eat the rice with the lard, so I’m not sure~ the 爌 we ate this time. The proportion of lean meat is relatively large, but it is not too woody.
