生意這麼好，為什麼老闆不備多一點的料來賣？我想，是因為人的精力有限，每天能完成的「最好的東西」就只有這一些，料多備了一點，老闆就無法完成心目中「最好的麵」。
老闆每天重覆的煉那一鍋湯頭，漸漸的，那一鍋湯頭就會接近頂峰。專業的職人就是全心全意的投入自己的工作，每天將自己能做到的「最好的麵」端給客人。
This is a magical shop. As soon as it opens every day, the owner puts the "sold out" sign outside, and in less than 30 minutes, all the noodles are sold out!
The business is so good, why doesn't the boss prepare more materials to sell? I think it’s because people’s energy is limited, and there are only these "best things" that can be accomplished every day. With a little more material, the boss will not be able to achieve the "best side" in his mind.
