★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朱爌肉飯～爌肉魯的軟嫩好吃?但瘦肉有點偏柴，滷汁淋在飯上夠多➕醃漬蘿蔔有加分效果，湯品份量少～總結偏貴！
人多地方小要耐心等候。
 Zhuxu Pork Rice ~ Xuroulu's soft, tender and delicious ? but the lean meat is a bit too woody, the marinade is poured on the rice enough ➕ pickled radish has a bonus effect, the soup portion is small ~ the conclusion is more expensive!
Be patient in crowded places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老朱焢肉飯是彰化市數十年的老店焢肉飯之一，他的爌肉本身口味和一般大眾的比較不同，看起來比較清爽一點，但是肉也相對比較小塊，當然也可以一次點個二至三塊爌肉，挑選不同的部位，品嚐不同的口感。白菜滷和梅乾菜，很適合搭配他們清爽的爌肉飯，營業到一半的時間左右，通常會出現白切三層肉，也是廣受歡迎的半隱藏菜色！那霸大約九點多就會售完的肉羹湯，並不是濃稠的肉羹而是清爽的豬高湯和蘿蔔豆腐及丸類混煮，味道明顯卻不失清爽！
想嚐嚐彰化市比較特別的爌肉飯口味，千萬不要錯過老朱⋯⋯附近有一些停車場，停車也還算方便！
Lao Zhu Braised Pork Rice is one of the long-established Braised Pork Rice in Changhua City for decades. The taste of his meat is different from that of the general public. It looks a little refreshing, but the meat is relatively small, of course. Order two to three pieces of meat at a time, choose different parts, and taste different tastes. Braised cabbage and dried plums are very suitable for their refreshing rice with pork meat. Halfway through the business, there will usually be three-layered white-cut meat, which is also a popular semi-hidden dish! The broth soup that will be sold out at around nine o'clock in Naha is not thick broth but a refreshing pork broth mixed with radish tofu and balls. The taste is obvious but refreshing!
If you want to try the more special flavor of rice with pork in Changhua City, don't miss Lao Zhu...There are some parking lots nearby, and parking is pretty convenient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只能說滷汁給的豪不手軟！意圖讓人阿姆阿姆的一口接一口。
可是招牌的肉羹湯和我想的有點不一樣，竟然不是勾芡湯底而是清湯，很特別也很清爽，感覺更適合搭爌肉飯一起吃。肉羹是絞碎的那種，不過我本身還是比較喜歡吃得到肉感的啦?
It can only be said that the marinade is not soft! Intended to get Em Amu's mouth after mouth.
However, the signature meat soup is a bit different from what I thought. It is not a thick soup base but a clear soup. It is very special and refreshing. I feel that it is more suitable to eat with Xu pork rice. The meat soup is minced, but I still prefer meaty ones?
