哈	哈披 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 圖為東京豚骨拉麵109+麵20+叉燒25。基本款為半顆糖心蛋和一片叉燒。叉燒平薄、刀工工整，軟而入味。豚骨湯頭不到黏稠，但不到淡，有加蒜熬煮，蒜味明顯。麵條分捲麵、細麵、極細麵。店家服務態度好。味道中上，不到頂尖，但勝於一般平價台式拉麵。 The picture shows Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen 109 + Noodles 20 + Char Siew 25. The basic version is half a candy egg and a slice of char siu. The barbecued pork is flat and thin, the knife is neat, soft and tasty. The pork bone soup is not sticky, but not light. 倩	倩米璐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中興路上店面不太明顯的拉麵屋，內部座位有牆邊個人座，也有桌位，整個空間算舒適，但是入門就有濃濃拉麵味，吃完可能會沾上身。點餐可選九種湯底，麵體有三款，每碗基本有叉燒肉跟半顆溏心蛋，可加價套餐加贈半顆溏心蛋、叉燒、小菜跟飲料，看個人需求。點餐完後到櫃檯結帳，再回座位等上菜。一訪點醬油拉麵極細麵，加小菜、溏心蛋、叉燒、飲料；湯頭口味重，叉燒濃濃豬香味，細麵麵體很好咬，非常好入口。整體來說值得再訪。 The Ramen House on Zhongxing Road is not very obvious. S	Sundra Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了札幌味增拉麵和東京豚骨拉麵，湯頭都不會太鹹，適合現在的養生概念，選擇捲麵條Q彈，半顆糖心蛋和兩片薄肉片，湯頭喝起來入味很順口，女生吃一碗剛剛好，男生或許要加麵加肉片才能吃飽飽，店內座位大約十幾個左右，因疫情關係很多外帶，點餐後先付款，很好吃的拉麵店。

How come a Taiwanese noodle shop doesn’t have a chili sauce! Noodles........only the thin noodles were my favorite. The rest of the broth were not good. If you are hungry, can have a try because not expensive...
