★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小朋友牙痛，打電話前有先看google評價，評價沒有很好，因為離家較近想說還是打電話預約看看，負評真不是沒道理的，醫生優不優是一回事，八成的顧客會被接電話的小姐擊退，約滿就約滿只是多問一句話，不耐煩的語氣就出現了，想心情變差可以來這邊，絕對可以令你滿意

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早就掛號掛號了，當天特地從新竹回來要看牙醫，結果他們說醫師臨時有事，因為我們可以等，所以說好，可是他沒說清楚幾點前一定要到要掛號。
結果十一點半來掛號不給掛，服務態度還特別差，醫師還兇客戶？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般病患幾乎都是預約制的，所以如果要臨時看牙的話，就是等...但是護士應該可以抓空檔時間吧？如果可以貼心告知候診時間會更好，這樣就不用傻傻地等兩三個小時...

來這裡補一顆牙就花了一小時多的時間，醫生在中途一直和護士聊天，完全不跟我說明補牙情況，聊天時手就這樣停下來了，一兩次就算了，全程補牙弄一下停下來幾十次，後面看鏡子時發現挖了超大一個洞，當下超級錯愕，之前在別的地方補同個地方挖的洞只有1/2，就算挖大洞是正常的，但補牙後醫生讓我牙齒磨看看有沒有用平時，我說有點凸起，醫生看了之後再用一次，我說還是有點凸，醫生看了一下說是我磨到旁邊牙齒，於是就這樣補完了。崩潰的來了，回家後照鏡子發現旁邊的牙齒底部有許多小鋸齒，醫生在補牙時把旁邊的牙齒也弄到了，有夠扯！！！而且補牙到現在好幾個禮拜了，吃東西牙齒依然會痛，甜點、冰飲、熱食都是，全部牙齒就只有那顆在這補過牙的變成敏感性牙齒，要不是因為疫情沒辦法回去,我才不會在這看牙醫，原本好好的牙齒被醫生搞成這樣??真的是一顆星都不想給
