★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年代在變更 現在都是一個寵物友好的社會 忠權社區彩繪還以犬為主題 然後卻對整個寵物上市排斥禁止的 公園禁止進入我覺得可以接受 但是鄰近周邊的草坪並未張寫「禁止寵物隨意便溺」字樣 但忠權社區服務處辦事人員 卻逼迫有養狗的民眾禁止帶狗前往散步 而且還脅迫民眾 緊盯民眾去向 讓人感到不舒服有生命上壓迫的感覺 況且還是都有把自己寵物的排泄物撿起 並不是隨地排泄

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 活絡的忠權(犬)社區，原創的彩繪牆頗為漂亮，雖然簡單幾條小路，但可以讓人在此停留半小時慢慢拍照偶爾也會有辦活動喔！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 意外的小景點通常到彰化扇形車庫旅遊回程時，可沿辭修路123巷可順道參觀忠權健康公園，是由當地社區居民的善心，無償提供近千坪的地， 成立公園，並以「這整潔舒適的美好社區.您我共同的責任」為社區理念。因忠權諧音「忠犬」，特以 「狗」為社區的LOGO，並做為吉祥物。該公園有籃球場及兒童遊戲區，環境很好，是忠權社區居民午後的休閒活動最佳去處。由該公園旁，辭修路124巷弄內，一路延伸，可觀賞網路瘋傳忠權3D彩繪，有三十幾隻的狗狗彩繪，諸如梗犬，蝴蝶犬，柴犬，牧羊犬與獵腸犬等外，現還有海洋風景及可愛動物3D彩繪， 雖隨著時間舊彩繪褪色斑駁，但仍很適合親子同樂拍照的景點。
