這間蔥油餅的特色是蔥會加在內餡而不是餅皮中，蛋炸成蛋酥，加上微甜的醬汁，比在花蓮吃過的還好吃。
蛋可以選擇半熟全熟，我不喜歡蛋液而選擇全熟蛋，吃起來依然非常順口，必推。
