半年前,我們面試了一位警衛,名字相當的特殊,叫「韓騮」,家住彰化,雖然年紀大(50多歲),但具有高學歷:「國防大學畢業,上校退伍,高中就讀頂尖的彰化高中」,面談時我們提出疑問:「你的條件這麼好,怎麼甘心屈就當個警衛?」他答稱:「我已經退休,不愁吃不愁穿,只想找份工作打發時間。」本來想說挖到了一個寶,這麼聰明的人,如果可以發揮他的聰明才智,我們可以再適才適任,給他更大的工作舞台,對企業會有很大的幫助,哪裡知道惡夢及倒霉的日子才要開始。
他工作才滿幾週就離職,一離職,我們就馬上接到勞保局、環保局、勞動局…的稽查,事後證實是韓騮不實的檢舉我們公司。
他由我們公司內部人員得知,政府各單位未查出我們違規之處,隔沒幾日又再捏造幾件其他事項檢舉我們,好像不弄死你不罷休一樣,弄得政府單位第三次來稽查時,一進門連說:「抱歉抱歉,韓騮這號人物每換一個工作就投訴他的每一個雇主,而且都是連續投訴,我們在政府單位上班,依規定辦事,有人投訴就得處理。」
我們經營企業,第一次遇到這種人「災」,真開了眼界。我們實在氣不過,再怎麼也想不出,是那一點得罪了這位韓先生。寫這封信的用意是藉此通報各企業,千萬不要被這號人物給矇騙了,也讓辛苦經營企業的企業主,用人小心。因為光處理這些政府的稽查案,都是沈重的管理成本。

換個無塵衣上到工作樓層最快也要15分鐘,
做8小時休息一小時,十二小時可休二小時,
但是上廁所時數要算在上面,非吃飯時間去上真的會不舒服!
申請離職也不乾脆給離職單,組長說談談再去,這不是叫人先按上班等談完看怎麼樣嗎,組長談完了去找人事人事問有的沒的就算了,
還問你為何要打卡,哈囉我怎麼知道離職那天要上到何時,還叫人去調監視器看有沒有工作,對這個合邏輯,但是問題是工作是要做前置作業,查詢製作型號等等!
覺得這間公司的人事真的不會做人!
