這攤爌肉飯位於彰化市民族路與太平路口,爌肉飯雖然是小碗的量,口味尚不會太油膩,口感很好,攤架上還有幾道小菜供人選擇,早上吃飯可参考這個地方。

感覺很不好,吃爌肉飯選了一個(扣吖)的肉,店家跟我說那是客人訂的,還第一次聽到,如果客人訂的,一般都會另外放或藏起來,不會放大鍋裡讓客人選 ,明明是要留給熟客,欺負我們這些新客人真是不妥,這家店真的不推。

完全是很意外地發現這家爌肉飯,吃完令我驚艷不已,澆上肉汁的米飯從頭吃到尾,米粒仍舊粒粒分明,不糊不爛~這在飯上下的功夫已經將"爌肉飯"的飯專注到完美!!爌肉每個部位我都吃過,肥肉Q而不膩,瘦肉富含膠質而不柴,或許很多人認為大姊的爌肉味道太淡,那您可就不知道這用心,完全純釀的醬油基底,不以鹽巴來提升鹹味才是現已很少見的高招,對吃的人健康為重,才是好的廚師!!湯品只有一種或許太少,但我卻少了點湯的麻煩,每每騎車由台中到太平街,尤其冬天,大姊或她兒子先一碗熱湯上來暖胃,真是貼心....或許很多人喜歡小腸大腸脆管粉腸貢丸魚丸隔間肉筍干阿給苦瓜菜頭膨皮....那麼多湯可以選,就像台中大智路的姊娣麵攤,但大姊 種湯品的堅持,滾得相當入味,這樣就是一種吃的幸福~我每次都是兩碗爌肉飯,配上炒高麗菜(或花椰菜)加上滷蛋,一晚菜頭湯剛好可以利用菜頭刷乾淨飯碗內的肉汁~外帶爌肉飯(肉跟肉汁另外包,騎回台中太久)給家人,這是我每個禮拜天早上的日常,也是吃遍世界美食的我,對心中台灣爌肉飯第一名的尊敬!!!
