★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good yolk pastry. Ever wondered why people are queuing up at an old pastry shop with no fancy interior design and only uses the most unsurprising kind of wrapping? Because it just tastes so good! I recommend reheating them in the oven before enjoying them:) And the shop’s usually over-the-top crowded around Mid-Autumn festival (during which yolk pastries are traditionally served) so you might want to avoid that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue is far too long before moon festival. The egg yolk pastry is stunningly gorgeous. Buying from reselling vendors will cost you 50% more but save you hours of waiting under burning sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The egg yolk cake is the most famous dessert in this store. In Mid-Autumn festival, there will be a long long line of people waiting for the limiting amount of cake. Living in the other city like Taipei, the helping purchase is a method to enjoy this dessert. However, this method cost lot of money (400-600 NTD for 6 piece of cake)
