1.看診結束後,我漱口時,座位旁邊沒有提供衛生紙擦拭嘴巴,跟診人員表示用我胸前的紙擦嘴,現在防疫期間,感覺衛生可以再加強。因為過程中我有披著那張紙巾去照X光,紙巾也有接觸到其他物品了,用胸前那張紙巾擦嘴感覺不是很衛生,希望之後可以提供患者衛生紙在漱口後擦拭,感謝~~ 2.牙醫做處理前,我看桌上準備的金屬器具,有點生鏽,細部也有卡一些黑色髒污,建議器具能清洗更全面或定期汰換。

首推余明元醫師 從小給余醫師看的,到現在例行檢查也是找他 應該是因為第一個遇到的牙醫師是他 所以才讓我不怕看牙吧! 余醫師是位很有溫度的醫生, 小時候第一次看牙,他很有耐心的先介紹工具 不是直接鑽啊拔啊,對於小朋友,安撫情緒很重要,他不會什麼都不解釋,讓小孩處於恐慌狀態看診。 有解說流程,有個底,恐懼感自然下降 過了快十年吧,余醫師依然很有耐心的看診 難能可貴很好的一位醫師!
