★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.相信林信一福堂這個名字，大家應該都不陌生，因其有與眾多旅行社做合作，通常都會做為旅程的最後一站，而因此名聲大噪。
2.太陽餅，屬於最經典、傳統的味道，雖然在口感上不能說是扎實、有特色，但不知為何在我心中就是最美味的類型，其內餡些許流沙的口感，有別於坊間乾燥的感覺，是我最喜歡的一部分。
3.常常庫存、備貨不夠，只要2-3台遊覽車一同到來，常常供不應求，且價位偏高、衛生條件差，若能再稍微改善會好上不少。
