★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主祀玄天上帝。原本是鄉里民眾於康熙37年（CE 1689年），共同集資於下埔仔建廟供奉。乾隆3年（CE 1738年），才於下茄荖現址興建一座新廟，並定名為永清宮。
永清宮在過去是草屯與下茄荖地區洪姓的主要信仰中心，雖然現在收丁錢的範圍僅局限於下茄荖的2村。
The Lord worships Xuantian God. Originally, the villagers jointly raised funds to build a temple in Xiapuzai in the 37th year of Kangxi (CE 1689). In the 3rd year of Qianlong (CE 1738), a new temple was built at the current site of Xiaqilao, and it was named Yongqing Palace.
In the past, Yongqing Palace was the main center of faith for the Hong surname in the Caotun and Xiaqielao regions, although the scope of collecting dimes is now limited to the 2 villages of Xiaqiilao.
