創立起始年：1974年
建立沿革:
橋頭村原屬彰化市南瑤宮大媽會信仰圈，當初由村民李炳煌先生捐出，原為瓦窯儲放薪材（粗糠）倉庫的土地起建；再由村民共同捐款興築成了輝煌的廟宇。本宮創設年代為民國六十三年入火安座，開放信徒參拜，至今更是村民社區藝文活動的重鎮。

Establishment history:
Qiaotou Village originally belonged to the Nanyao Palace Aunt’s Circle of Worship in Changhua City. It was originally donated by villager Mr. Li Binghuang. It was originally built on the land of Wayao’s fuelwood (rough chaff) warehouse; the villagers also donated together to build a glorious Temple. The palace was founded in 1983 when it entered the fire and settled down. It is open to worshippers, and it is still an important town for cultural and artistic activities in the villagers’ communities.
