★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間素食麵店吃很久了，很喜歡他們家配麵的黑色醬料，放桌上另外自行添加的那種，也喜歡他們家的油麵條跟外面的不一樣，老闆娘很親切。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此間個人認知最值得一嚐的，是店家獨特的大塊豆乾，真的是非常均勻的入味卻依然保留了適當的嚼勁，搭配上五角殘留的淡淡香氣，真的是會『一吃成主顧』的哪！
PS.但是....店家推薦的對面理髮廳....就真的是『算了吧』，除非您也如我一般，頭毛長的迅猛異常，呆頭呆腦兩週時間一晃就過去咯，呵呵呵呵呵呵呵！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來吃花壇素食麵，是很簡單好吃的味道。乾麵加入東泉辣椒醬以後，更是充滿層次，從原先的鹹香、變些微甜辣。
綜合湯湯頭也很鮮甜順口，豆皮、菜包、豆腐也都很好吃。
如果住在附近，應該會時常來吃，很簡單而滿足的味道。是會令人回味無窮的味道。

素食麵也可以吃大碗的，幾乎是原先30元價位的兩倍麵量，但價位才多10元。吃得好滿足。

以前都是早上就吃素食麵，當作早餐在吃（身旁的朋友聽到都會覺得很不可思議），有時候比較久沒回來會很想念這個味道。
乾素食麵搭配上一個綜合湯，真的很讚，這樣的份量剛剛好，吃飽後精神飽滿☺️
