收費可收看到7月底 想停掉不想看 要我們自己拔線路跟機上盒去櫃檯辦理 讓人傻眼的是 8月1號去辦 還要付ㄧ天的錢 都沒緩衝時間 客戶只好犧牲提早去辦 那我們就活該自認倒楣嗎?

我個人是1G什麼的吃到飽網路三個繳一次2800多 有時候半夜網路會爛掉 而且我是用網路線 我付那麼多錢 我朋友網路比我便宜很多結果他才200m他的網路比我好 玩遊戲的ping都比我快 希望可以改善 我已經使用一年半多了 如果還是一樣 我會考慮換一家 有改善我會刪除評論給好評的

客服的態度真的讓人很不舒服,把問題說完後也無聲無息,還要我問:你還在嗎?才說我在啊~請等一下,反應搖控器的事情,明明兩年前安裝時從頭到尾都只有一個搖控器就是黑色的,根本就沒有白色搖控器,現在是不是你們來安裝我們客戶都要拍照存證呢?ㄧ直說你們對,還要賠500元,有時候真的不是賠500的問題,而是你們的態度問題,不喜歡當客服就不要當客服啊?假日上班當客服又不是我們的問題,幹嘛不聲不響的?需要人家安裝續約態度好到不行,退租有問題就一付我說了算,真的第一次這麼生氣,今天來安裝完成了,我把所有東西都拍照起來存證,也問安裝人員搖控器確定只有一支黑色的,日後再索賠500這就是證據,氣死人

I had some issues with losing connection. However, the engineer they sent round was very competent and was able to fix the problem. After a bit of back and forth, KBro & I have reached an agreement, and I am happy to once again recommend them.
