You must ask for a certificate when you pay the deposit or don’t rent them at all. I rented the puppets for one day and returned them as scheduled (without any damage). The deposit was not refunded, and three or four phone calls were made in the middle. The boss said that it would be processed but it was delayed. In the end, it was delayed for almost 20 days. I was willing to return it because I kept calling him to claim...I want to do business with such a store. Think twice...
