★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＊照護需求的程度從輕到重是：安養機構→老人照顧中心（養護型）→老人養護中心（長期照顧型）或護理之家
◎ 護理之家
1. 對象：慢性病等有長期護理需要的患者或出院後有護理需要的患者。
2. 目前臺灣的護理之家主要有兩種型態，一為醫院附設的護理之家；二為獨立型態的護理之家。
3. 每十五床至少應有一位護理人員，且24小時均應有護理人員值班。
4. 可服務至插3管的患者，沒使用或只使用1~2管也可服務。
＊3 管指的是鼻胃管、導尿管、氣切管。
5. 費用約2萬到6萬不等（不含耗材等費用）；建議親赴不同的護理之家訪問，才能找到真正適合患者的照護機構。
◎ 老人長期照顧中心(長期照顧型)
1. 對象：有慢性病且有長期醫療服務需求的高齡者。
2. 與護理之家不同之處是設立之負責人非護理人員。
3. 每十五床至少應有一位護理人員，且24小時均應有護理人員值班。
4. 可服務至插3管的患者，沒使用或只使用1~2管也可服務。
＊3管指的是鼻胃管、導尿管、氣切管。
5. 費用約2萬到4.5萬不等（不含耗材等費用）；建議親赴不同的老人照顧中心(長期照顧型)訪問，才能找到真正適合患者的照護機構。
◎ 老人長期照顧中心(養護型)
1. 對象：無法自主生活但不需要專門看護服務的高齡者。
2. 收容有意識但需要協助生活行為的老人，現在也有養護中心會提供場所讓老人做復健活動及休閒康樂。
3. 隨時保持至少一位護理人員值班，且每二十床應有一位護理人員。
4. 無法服務插3管的患者（氣切管），可服務至插2管的患者，沒使用或只使用1管也可服務。
5. 費用約2萬到3.5萬不等（不含耗材等費用）；建議親赴不同的老人照顧中心(養護型)訪問，才能找到真正適合患者的照護機構。

◎ Nursing Home
1. Target: Patients with long-term care needs such as chronic diseases or patients with care needs after discharge from the hospital.
2. There are currently two main types of nursing homes in Taiwan. One is a nursing home attached to a hospital; the other is an independent type of nursing home.
3. There should be at least one nursing staff for every 15 beds, and nursing staff should be on duty 24 hours a day.
4. It can serve patients who are intubated with 3 tubes, and can be served without using or using only 1~2 tubes.
*3 The tube refers to the nasogastric tube, urinary catheter, and tracheal tube.
5. The cost ranges from about 20,000 to 60,000 (excluding consumables and other costs); it is recommended to visit different nursing homes in person to find a care institution that is truly suitable for patients.
◎ Long-term care center for the elderly (long-term care type)
1. Target: Senior citizens with chronic diseases and long-term medical service needs.
2. The difference from a nursing home is that the person in charge of the establishment is not a nursing staff.
3. There should be at least one nursing staff for every 15 beds, and nursing staff should be on duty 24 hours a day.
4. It can serve patients who are intubated with 3 tubes, and can be served without using or using only 1~2 tubes.
*3 The tube refers to the nasogastric tube, urinary catheter, and tracheal tube.
5. The cost ranges from about 20,000 to 45,000 (excluding consumables and other expenses); it is recommended to visit different elderly care centers (long-term care type) in person to find a care institution that is truly suitable for patients.
◎ Long-term care center for the elderly (conservation type)
1. Target: Elderly people who cannot live on their own but do not need special nursing services.
2. To accommodate elderly people who are conscious but need assistance in living behaviors, there are now nursing centers that will provide places for the elderly to do rehabilitation activities and leisure and recreation.
3. Keep at least one nursing staff on duty at all times, and there should be one nursing staff for every twenty beds.
4. Patients who cannot be intubated with 3 tubes (tracheostomy tube) can be served to patients with 2 tubes, and can be served without using or using only 1 tube.
5. The cost ranges from about 20,000 to 35,000 (excluding consumables and other expenses); it is recommended to visit different elderly care centers (conservation type) in person to find a care institution that is truly suitable for patients.
