★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對外嚴格，家屬每天只能進去探訪30分鐘，但自己外籍看護都沒有戴口罩。以開業未滿一年來看，門面維持很好，但房間，尤其浴室還好，參觀過其他家開業更久的環境衛生維持較認真。
有一位資深的女護理師感覺很有經驗可靠，會跟家屬討論狀況並且幫忙處理問題，遇過另一位男護理接電話跟面對家屬感覺都很不親切，態度不是很好，送家人進來心情已經夠憂慮了，還要面對這樣的態度，在這樣需要愛與關懷的機構，讓人覺得很矛盾與擔憂。
Externally strict, family members can only go in and visit for 30 minutes a day, but their foreign caregivers do not wear masks. Judging from the fact that the facade has been maintained for less than a year, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are fine. I have visited other homes that have been opened for a longer time to maintain environmental sanitation more seriously.
There is a senior female nurse who feels very experienced and reliable. She will discuss the situation with family members and help deal with the problem. I met another male nurse who answered the phone and felt very unkind when facing the family members, and her attitude was not very good, so she sent the family in. I feel worried enough, and I have to face such an attitude. In such an organization that needs love and care, it makes people feel very conflicted and worried.
