自從給志尚的師傅按，才知道什麼是厲害的師傅！！本來腰背都很緊，上班搬東西甚至會痛，按完腰背變得很輕鬆。先前腰痛好一陣子，按完後好一陣子沒發作了，雖然要騎上一個小時去到秀水，但我覺得定期保養跟遇到好的師傅真的非常重要。
