★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在全白玻璃屋中，美麗的光影隨風搖曳自然撒落在空間中，「伯爵奶茶蛋糕捲」與「拿鐵」品質都蠻高的，口感細膩迷人，奶油不會太甜很好吃，在這裡渡過了一個愜意的下午。
 In the all-white glass house, the beautiful light and shadow swaying in the wind naturally scattered in the space. The "Earl Grey Milk Tea Cake Roll" and "Latte" are of high quality. The taste is delicate and charming, and the cream is not too sweet and delicious. Spent a pleasant afternoon here.

這次蛋糕捲吃的口味是 #焙茶 跟 #芝麻！
糕體非常的綿密，奶油的份量也非常剛好！糕體的調味也非常得當！不管是焙茶跟芝麻，都有濃郁的香氣?️奶油的部分則是甜而不膩?

飲料的部分是 #經典拿鐵☕️ 以及 #抹茶歐蕾！
其實一開始對飲料沒有抱太大期待，不過喝完發現都在水準之上，經典拿鐵完全喝不出咖啡的苦澀味，抹茶歐蕾的牛奶比例也抓的非常剛好，除了特別南下才能品嚐到這家店以外，其他都很值得！

白色調、通透感強烈，設計十足！
廁所很乾淨！對於從外縣市特地朝聖的各位，非常的友善?

The cake is very dense and the amount of cream is just right! The seasoning of the cake body is also very appropriate! Whether it is hojicha or sesame, they have a strong aroma ?️The cream part is sweet but not greasy ?

The drink part is #classiclatte☕️ and #matchaole!
In fact, I didn't have much expectations for the drink at first, but after drinking it, I found that it was above the standard. The classic latte can't drink the bitter taste of coffee at all, and the milk ratio of Matcha Oulei is also very good. Other than this store, everything else is worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到了秀水想要找的秀水鄉內的咖啡廳做為中繼站，找到「沐光樹手感蛋糕捲專賣店」到店內品甜點，店家周邊路邊白線較多，騎車、開車大都能找到適當的停車位子。
室內帶著簡約又帶點時尚，店裡從外到內一致性的純白色系，裝潢不過多以基本為主，到店後由店主親切招呼並告知用餐方式、空間配置，雙層建築僅有一樓規劃客席，二樓為咖啡豆烘焙室與獨立化妝室。推薦戶外落羽松森林草坪，戶外空氣好陽光灑落在樹梢上，坐在樹下陰涼處也能體會微野餐的樂趣。
推薦「夏日檸檬乳酪捲/單片」95元，蛋糕體是原味的口味，裡面的奶油採用北海道十勝產區鮮奶油，厲害的是奶油之間偷夾了檸檬奶餡，一口下去檸檬剎時炸開柔和的味道，再現刨檸檬皮更能帶出檸檬另一個微苦的酸滋味；飲品部分普通尚可，相較之下蛋糕捲會是讓人喜愛的好物。
