★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一樓是菜市場, 上樓的電梯設備老舊, 健身硬體設備老舊, 市公所健身中心課程很多,價格平價!
地下室的停車場設計有問題,收費處在斜坡上,並且駕駛要下車才能繳費, 入場及出場的計時器不同步, 有偷坑市民停車費的嫌疑!
The first floor is the vegetable market, the elevator equipment on the upper floor is old, the fitness hardware equipment is old, the city fitness center has many courses, and the price is cheap!
There is a problem with the design of the parking lot in the basement. The toll is on the slope, and the driver has to get off the bus to pay the fee. The timers for admission and appearance are not synchronized. There is a suspicion of stealing the parking fee for the public!

但是健身器材不多，跑步機只有四部，經常有故障，維修又通常很久。
