★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really quick, not too crowded, and people can wait for the result of the inspection as a hot but comfortable place equipped with a TV. Staff speaks limited English only, but they know what you want, so it's not a problem. For regular cars it's only 300 dollars to finish the obligatory inspections.
