★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初要買機車時,因為對機車的品牌型號也不清楚,想說家人機車是在這裡買的,至少是有來往過,應該不是什麼阿里不達的店,晚上7點多去看車,店裡有個老伯坐在辦公桌,旁邊有個師傅在修車,進去我就說想看機車,請師傅介紹一下各款機車的型號,我邊問一些問題,師傅很客氣也很熱情的介紹到第3台時,老伯抬頭看了一眼,跟師傅說了句:啊,你不用跟他說那麼多啦.我那時確實是很需要一台機車,也因為家人有跟這家買過車,想說就直接在這裡買就好,也不用多跑幾家,但老伯的態度讓我覺得不舒服,說聲謝謝師傅就走了,三天後我就在別人介紹下買了不同品牌的機車了.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿港唯一的KYMCO直營店,剩下的都是小店經營,怪不得服務態度可以這麼囂張。近幾年KYMCOM行銷手法成功,市佔率大增。但鹿港卻沒有新增優質的保養店面,kymco官網上登記的總經銷店,雖然外面看起來亮麗,但服務體驗卻令人不敢恭維。小弟在新竹工作,觀察近年園區附近KYMCO維修店一間一間地開,各家比拼誰優質,客人才是老大!
一回到壟斷的鹿港市場,不修不買拉倒,開店的才是老大。

同為鹿港的KYMCO車友們,民權路的s?m泰安店是不錯的良心店家,我自己都去那裡保養,推蔫給大家。
也期許鹿港的機車市場能有更好的優質未來。

至於該店我覺得缺乏專業,因為當時沒有事先跟消費者講解清楚,讓消費者多花了不該花的錢,不會再上門光顧,謝謝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的不是很喜歡留負評,去年到貴店換後輪輪胎跟鋁圈貴司處理態度蠻好的後續也沒問題,這次前輪就一樣給貴店更換,雖然知道貴店的收費較高一些但就覺得處理的不錯給店家賺一些沒關係,昨天到貴店換完前輪後今天早上轉速線整個斷在外面,早上沿路拖著線過去真的非常危險很怕線ㄍㄚˇ進去,到了之後老闆表示說昨天在更換就有發現狀況然後是直接用膠帶先黏起來固定,但為什麼在發現狀況時不直接當下告知我們要更換呢?如果昨天有告知、當下處理,就不會今天還跟公司請假被扣了一堆錢,也許貴店老闆是出自好意覺得先不用換固定一下就好但至少也要告知一下讓我們有個底吧?然後更換轉速線的費用一樣是我們自己要吸收,下次不會再蒞臨貴店了。
