為施姓潯海派族人祭祀的鹿港宗族廟（氏族廟），
依照天干，各年份由各房份輪流負責祭祀。
平日不對外開放，難以上去一窺究竟。
主神伽藍尊者，神誕為農曆十月十日，
神房龍邊另祭拜施姓祖先，
後排由左至右分是：
潯海始祖宋大理寺評事施炳公
施姓始祖臨濮侯魯惠公
錢江始祖唐秘書丞施典公
三位祖先前面，是少見的清代靖海侯施琅神像。
