店員服務周到非常貼心,但承包的安裝人員就真的誇張了,都說冷氣尺寸不符,可以先回去了,其中一個皮膚黑矮的安裝人員卻表示要準備一堆東西要晚點才能裝,而且還是再三保證會再來安裝。 我已經說好幾次你們可以先回去了;那個矮的安裝人員卻一直不肯走,拖到我姊姊到現場還裝好心請我姊姊進去吹冷氣還烙跑。 我跟副店理表示不滿,副店理馬上幫我打電話給那個矮維修人員,結果他說他等等就下班了⋯。 整個無言至極的安裝人員,可憐了旁邊另一個高個子的安裝人員超有誠意的,但矮安裝員卻斥責高個子安裝人員他還要送貨⋯。 整場在偷懶的矮安裝人員就是在混水摸魚,今天我請你們喝飲料你還混水摸魚到這程度就算了,連拆都沒拆就想吃定承包業者跟消費者,由於我本身也退費了,這部分真的不是全國電子的錯,但這個安裝人員真的不行。 誠心建議這個承包員可以砍掉重練,要不再有這鳥事發生,損失的必定是貴門市。 不過昨天的店員態度真的有待加強啦~用高傲口氣質疑我姊姊退刷問題,那麼我反問一下,退刷是跟貴公司退刷,他卻說不關他的事?騙我沒當過店員嗎?,全國電子啊~你們怎麼連員工教育怎麼都這麼不負責任呢?本來想好聚好散,但既然這男店員刁難我姊姊,故意要拖延硬吞下我姊姊未退刷完成的錢,那麼我也就會好好準備對也該名店員採取法律行動了。 當然,最後這店員有說明會負責卻從未在自大口氣中跟我姊姊有任何一句道歉,任何一個店家如果對於客戶上的損失不是責怪消費者有問題而是想辦法解決問題吧?我在小七買退有問題,對方也非常誠意幫我到銀行確認,只是一個小小動作很難嗎?銀行方都明指要店家主動聯繫銀行了,該名男店員還覺得是我姊姊的問題???什麼啾甘心,果然名不虛傳。 服務品質比不上小七,也真的是讓人直搖頭。
