★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是麥厝村的廟之一、最靠近台17線路邊的、主神是張府夫人媽、從我爺爺時代就有了、有百年之久了吧！因為廟正向17線路、所以各地來的媽祖、有桃園龍德宮的媽祖、白沙屯的媽祖、溪湖的糖廠媽祖、彰濱玻璃廟的媽祖、一年有時就有三間廟的媽祖來。廟內可安光明燈及太歲燈。廟後有土地廟、上有大榕樹把土地廟上全遮蓋、是乘涼休息的好去處。
